B 488 324 047 and with registered address at 100 rue du Calvaire, 59510 Hem – France (“KIABI”). When you sign up for KIABI newsletters on Kiabi.com.mt, your data is collected by Kiabi and sent to Hudson. When you sign up for KIABI newsletters in store, your data is collected by Hudson and sent to Kiabi. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING

  • Your personal data is collected and processed by Kiabi and Hudson only for the purpose of sending you marketing communications via e-mail and/or SMS.   • Personal data are shared between Kiabi and Hudson and between the companies that form part of the KIABI and Hudson Group. By subscribing to the newsletters, you agree with the data transfer between Kiabi and Hudson. We may have to transfer your data to data processors in order to carry out the proposed services. In such a case, we remain responsible for the process of your data to be made by the data processors and ensures their compliance with the contractual and regulatory framework. In certain cases, your data may be transferred to the United States. The companies receiving this data are certified Privacy Shield.

  • Your Personal Data will be stored from 3 (three) years from the end of the business relationship or your last contact with Kiabi and/or Hudson. As such, Kiabi and Hudson implement all necessary measures to secure its IT devices and those of its subcontractors.
